filed against respondent consists of six counts, and alleges
violations of MRPC 1.15 (1991 Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 263), 1.4 (1991
Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 234), and 8.4 (a), (b), (c), (d), and (g)
